The Games Haus does not install. Assembly requirements are listed in each product's description where the manufacturer provides them.
Warranty comes from the manufacturer. Where the manufacturer states a warranty period, it is shown under What's Included. We will help you start a claim if you need one.
Most new, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original packaging. Return freight is paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, and a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to non-defective returns. See our Refund policy.
Inspect the delivery before you sign. Note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt, take photos and email hello@thegameshaus.com within 3 days of delivery. See our Refund policy.
