Shipping policy

We ship within the contiguous United States, and most orders arrive 6-20 business days after you order.

Where we ship. We deliver to addresses in the contiguous 48 states. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military (APO/FPO) addresses, PO boxes, or outside the United States.

Processing and delivery time. Your order is processed in 1-5 business days. Most items then ship from a US distributor or manufacturer warehouse by freight carrier, which typically takes 5-15 business days depending on the item and your location. We email you an estimated delivery window when your order is confirmed, and tracking details once it ships. Estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays and stock levels can change them, and we will tell you promptly if your order is delayed.

Shipping charges. Shipping is calculated by item and shown at checkout before you pay. Large items may incur extra charges for residential delivery, liftgate service or remote areas, which we confirm with you before shipping.

Freight delivery. Large items usually arrive on a pallet by curbside delivery, where the driver leaves the item at the end of your driveway or at the delivery address entrance. The driver will call or email to schedule a delivery appointment, so please provide a phone number you can answer. Inside delivery and installation are not included unless stated on the product page.

Inspect before you sign. Check the packaging and the item at delivery. If you see damage, note it on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing, take photos, and email hello@thegameshaus.com within 3 days. Items accepted without noting visible damage may be harder to claim. See our refund policy for what happens next.

Address accuracy. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and can accept freight deliveries. If a carrier returns an order because of an incorrect address or missed delivery appointments, you are responsible for the re-delivery and return charges.
