By using thegameshaus.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms, which are governed by Wyoming law.
Who we are. The Games Haus LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, operates this store. Contact: hello@thegameshaus.com, registered office 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. We sell to customers with a delivery address in the United States.
Orders and acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation, and we may decline or cancel an order before shipment, for example because of a pricing or stock error, suspected fraud, or a supplier problem. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice, but a confirmed order keeps its price. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. We take payment through Shopify's secure checkout when you place the order.
Product information. We try to keep descriptions, images and specifications accurate, but manufacturers change them, and colors may vary on screen. If you spot an error, tell us before ordering.
Fulfillment. Many items are shipped directly from our suppliers and distributors. Delivery estimates are in our shipping policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Warranty. New products carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we will pass on to you with your order. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and supplier and are stated on the product page or confirmed before you order. We are not the manufacturer, and we do not offer our own warranty beyond what is stated on the product page. Warranty claims are handled under the manufacturer's terms, and we will help you start one.
Installation and safe use. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for assembly, installation and use. Some products, such as golf simulators, need adequate space and may involve impact or electrical risk. You are responsible for choosing a suitable location and for any installation by you or your contractors.
Website use. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. Site content, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the store or its products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived, including any statutory warranty or consumer rights.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law of your state requires otherwise.
Changes. We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Orders are governed by the version in force when you placed them.
